No matter which one you choose, you'll have mountains in your backyard and outdoor adventures to take advantage of year-round.

Please Note: All cabins and cottages are smoke-free and have NO Air Conditioning. Rollaway beds are not available.

Cabins & Cottages
- Deposit: A deposit of 50% of the total balance is due at time of reservation. Remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
- Pet Policy: We offer 11 pet friendly cabins and cottages. Please inquire with Front Desk about pricing. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged if pets are found in 'human friendly' units.
- Cancellation Policy: A cancellation notice must be received no later than 30-days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee. A fee equal to the full amount of stay will be retained if notice is given less than 30 days prior to arrival.
- Reservation Changes: Guests may move their reservation date for a $50 Transfer fee + 12% tax. Transfer Fees will be charged each time a reservation date is changed. There are no limits on stay date transfers.
- Early Departure: Refunds will not be issued for early check-outs.
- Check-in time is 4 PM and check-out time is 10 AM
- Rates do not include a 6% state tax and a 6% county tax
- A Resort Fee of $9.54 per night will be added to all reservations
- A 2 night minimum stay is required. A 3 night stay may be required during holiday & winter prime weekends
- A government issued photo ID and a valid credit card are required at time of check-in
- All guest must be 18 years of age minimum to check-in
