Exhibitor's Fees:

  • There is a $25 per exhibitor (per day) fee charged. The exhibit space will includes a 6' skirted table and two chairs.
  • One electrical outlet is $5 extra if required at exhibitor table.
  • Phone service to exhibitor booth can be provided at an additional charge. Advance notice is required.

Audio-Visual Equipment Rental:

  • 35 mm slide projector - $25
  • LCD Projector - $75
  • 27" Television and VCR - $25
  • DVD Player - $25
  • Podium and microphone - $10
  • Projection Screen - Free
  • Overhead projector - $25
  • Lavalier Mic - $15

Meeting Equipment Rental:

Special Arrangements:

  • Casino Night Set-Up -*$75 per table *Add $25 for each dealer per hour.

Conference Services:

  • Copies -- $0.20/copy
  • Outgoing Faxes -- $5/first page, $1/add'l pages
  • Incoming Faxes -- $1/page

Prices based on Resort's on-site equipment inventory. Items do not include 6% WV Sales Tax. Further special arrangements may be made through the Conference Service Staff.
