23-27: Thanksgiving Celebration

December Events
23-25: Canaan Christmas Celebration
Enjoy the holidays with a ski or winter getaway to the mountains of West Virginia. Value season ski rates are available including discount ski package "Canaan Super Saver" - just $49 per person/per night (kids stay and ski free). Holiday activities include a visit from Mrs. Claus and a reading of "Twas the night before Xmas" as well as a visit from Santa himself on the 24th. Holiday buffets will be offered both Dec 24 and 25th.

31: Canaan New Years Bash
Ring in the New Year with 2 great party options. Family party includes buffet dinner, family games and DJ entertaiment, punch toast at midnight and party favors (click here for family flyer). The adult party includes buffet dining in the Hickory Room, access to the lounge party featuring Brother Short, plus champagne toast and party favors (click here for adult flyer). 2-3: Hope on the Slopes - American Cancer Society
Ski, snowboard, tube or ice skate to raise funds for the American Cancer Society. Registration fee of $45 per participant (lift ticket or session fee included). Additional activities include individual & team competitions, prizes & giveaways, snow art, closing ceremonies with luminara ceremony (Sat. 6pm), exhibitors and more. 31: Davisson Brothers Band - Concert
