Delicious & Enticing Resort Dining
Canaan Valley Resort State Park offers full food and beverage service, including a host of buffet and plated dining choices. The Hickory Dining Room is located in the Main Lodge and open daily for breakfast and dinner, and midweek lunch hours. Our other dining venues and information include:
Bear Paw Food Court
The Bear Paw Food Court, located at the Ski Area, features cafeteria style dining for our guest in the winter months (open December – March, seasonal hours). Items offered include cold & hot subs, soups, hamburgers, hot dogs, chili, salads, snacks, and pizza.
Clubhouse Grill
The Clubhouse Grill is located at the Golf Course Clubhouse and offers a variety of breakfast and luncheon items. Menu items include a variety of hot and cold sandwiches and snacks. Soda, water and beer are also available for purchase. (open April – November, seasonal hours). *Hours are subject to change without notice.
The Laurel
The Laurel, located in the Main Lodge, is a full service bar with lighter fare dining menu. The Laurel offers a relaxed atmosphere, billiard table, large screen television, and Buzztime Video Gaming, plus entertainment at various times throughout the year. Children are welcome to accommodate their parents in The Laurel for dining purposes.

Hickory Dining Room
Canaan Valley Resort’s main dining room is open year round and offers daily breakfast, lunch and dinner options. The dining room features a fireplace in the center of the room, and panoramic view of the valley from its glass walls.
- Breakfast: 7am – 11am
- Lunch: 11am – 2pm
- Dinner: 5pm – 9pm
Quenchers Pub
Located at the ski area, this slopeside pub offers both a full service bar and a variety of sandwiches and snacks. (Open December – March, hours vary).
