Easter Weekend Celebration |
Date: April 2-4
Enjoy the holiday getaway with your family and friends at Canaan Valley Resort. Activities include an easter egg hunt, egg coloring, and much more.
Scheduled Activities:
Easter Drawing Contest - All pictures must be hand-drawn and colored. Include name, address, phone number, room number and date on back of drawing. Artwork must be turned in at the Beech Club by 2pm on Saturday, April 3, 2010. Winner will be announced in Pine Room after Easter egg hunt.
Jelly Bean Jar - Guess how many jelly beans are in the jar. Winner will be announced in the Pine Room after Easter egg hunt.
Friday, April 2:

Saturday, April 3

Wild, Wonderful Wine Weekend |

Join wine expert and columnist John Brown and Executive Chef Nemat Odeh as they lead you on a wine and food adventure. Taste wines from around the world paired with extraordinary culinary delicacies at this three-day gourmet wine event. Lodge package - $499 couple. *Non-lodging guest welcomed to participate in the events (fee charged per event).

Becoming an Outdoors Woman |
April 23-25
WV Division of Natural Resources and Canaan Valley Resort invite you to attend this spring workshop designed primarily for women (ages 18 and older) to become more competent in, more confident in and more aware of the outdoors. This workshop is designed to encourage women interested in learning outdoor skills to explore and ask questions about a variety of outdoor activities in a comfortable, non-threating atmosphere.
Skills include hunting, shooting and fishing, plus much more. Workshop fee includes registration, instruction in all sessions, program materials, use of demonstration equipment, lodging, transportation to and from sessions, and some meals.
