Accommodation Rates & Availability
Lodging/Pet Policies:
- Room rates are the same for single or double occupancy.
- $10 charge for each additional adult in room (max 4 people).
- Lodging rates do not include 6% state tax and 6% county tax.
- A “Resort Fee” will be added to all reservations in the amount of $6.36 (tax inc) per night’s lodging.
- A minimum nights stay may be required during holidays or prime season.
- Cancellation Policy (Lodge Rooms): 72 hour cancellation notice required prior to arrival date or one night penalty will be charged.
- Pets (dog or cat) are welcome at Canaan Valley Resort. Verification of current vaccination records & signed pet policy form is required. There will be an additional $40 charge (per pet) to your room for the first night’s lodging. Each additional night will be and additional $5 per pet. Pet rooms are limited. *Limit 2 pets per room. All pets must be leashed when outside on park grounds, and kenneled if left in room alone. Please contact a reservation’s agent to reserve these limited rooms.
